The vinvolved team at WAYC offer two levels of training for organisations.

Stage 1: Recruiting and Retaining Volunteers

This will be useful for organisations who may be new to involving volunteers or who want to be refreshed and renewed.

Stage 2: Quality Assurance and Volunteer Management

This will be useful for organisations that have some experience of working with volunteers, but would like to learn more about quality assurance, volunteer management and volunteer policy development. We intend to offer this as an accredited course through OCN.

The vinvolved team at WAYC also works in partnership with South Warwickshire Volunteering Forum, North Warwickshire Volunteering Forum and Sustain in Solihull to provide a programme of training events throughout the year.

We are continually looking to improve the training we have on offer therefore if you have an idea for training that we could organise do let us know. We are particularly looking to develop further training for organisations that already have experience of volunteer management – please let us know what your training needs are.
